Andy approached me one day while I was on another project in downtown Murphy, Davids Fine Art, which is located next to the bakery. He had a freshly baked cinnamon roll in his hand and handed it to me. I think he was "butterin' me up"

Anyway, he wanted to build a sunroom for his wife for their anniversary. I have already worked for him before and really enjoyed it, so as soon as I finished Davis, I started his project. It was a fun project, however, I wound up doing the entire job alone, help can be hard to find around here.

The Addition was built on an existing deck. Measured approx. 35 ft. x 10 ft. A simple shed roof was used to keep the cost down. Cedar siding to match the existing home was used. Windows are Pella, he purchased at Lowes, discontinued units at a good price. Interior recieved Drywall on walls and ceiling, the ceiling got a knockdown texture. I built and trimed the window jambs, ran the base molding, installed the exterior door, etc.

Andy chose to do the caulk and paint work himself. I'll get more pictures when he completes the painting.
