Darryl and Suzy Rose built their home in the mid- 90's. They picked a beautiful location near Hayesville, NC, at the top of a mountain with an awesome view from every direction.
We started the project by removing wallpaper from nearly every wall in the house. Then we had to prep the walls for paint before we could paint them. Darryl also had the hardwood floors re-finished on the main level. New oak quarter-round was installed on this level to replace the painted quarter-round that was in place.Once the paint work and other work throughout the hose was complete we tackled the Masterbath Remodeling project.
We totally gutted the masterbath, which included : His and Hers dressing rooms of which each has it's own vanity, toilet, linen closet and walk in closet. In between these two rooms is a larger room that houses the tub and shower area.
We installed new drywall, new tile throughout (walls and floors), new vanities, new vanity tops, mirrors, lights, doors, hardware, faucets, tub, built new shower, glass block windows, electrical switches and plumbing and toilets, etc.
To put the icing on the cake, Darryl and Suzy bought new furniture and furnishings for the entire house, and I must say, "It looks like a home in one of those Home and Garden magazines, just simply beautiful!"
